What You’ll Do:
As the Manager for the Center of Restorative Practices, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming lives. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Title IX, Equal Opportunity and Dispute Resolution (AVP), you’ll provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure restorative practices programs and resources on campus not only meet but exceed their goals. As a pivotal force in launching and leading the Center, you’ll:
- Design and implement campus-wide restorative practices programs
- Facilitate conversations, conferences, and community-building circles
- Lead strategic planning, training, and cross-campus collaboration
- Provide support and guidance to individuals navigating sensitive processes

Salary and Benefits
Starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $7,500 - $8,125 a month. This position is a member of the Management Personnel Plan and serves at the pleasure of the President. This position is eligible for a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave. In addition, 15 paid holidays are offered each year and a Personal Holiday that may be taken any time during the year.
