| Reporting to and with minimal supervision from the Senior Director of ERP Applications and Business Intelligence, the Lead CRM Software Developer provides technical leadership for the development, deployment, and optimization of customer relationship management (CRM) applications across California State University East Bay (CSUEB), San Francisco State University (SFSU), Sonoma State University (SSU), and their auxiliaries. The position leads a team of developers and application administrators, oversees all project phases from requirements to deployment, ensures code quality and compliance, and supports integration with other enterprise systems. The lead collaborates with campus partners and stakeholders to maximize CRM strategic value. |
